The story of the woman at the well.
"Providing deaf children and deaf adults access to the Holy Scriptures!"
When deaf individuals are asked if they
can read, often the responseis  “Yes!”

“Yes” usually means that they can read
(associate) a written noun or a verb they
have learned.

When presented with the challenge to read a
sentence (syntax), through no fault of their
own, the majority demonstrate that they do
not comprehend the concept.
