Through research, development and application... DMI provides children, teens and adults who are deaf and deaf-blind access to information and services that meet Physical, Mental and Spiritual needs.

I. In benefit to deaf individuals with the inability to read a written syntax with
understanding, the vision is to continue providing information and quality services in their
own natural language that allows access to Health, Education, employment and the
Sacred Scriptures... including local and world news.
II. Continue to support parents, teachers and other professionals through lectures that
provides knowledge and communication concept skills for the purpose to enrich the mental
development of the special needs deaf child or deaf adult.
III. Continue the service of discovering caring individuals and groups who can
participate in one or more meaningful services;
LECTURES Provided; "Psychology of Deafness", "Science & Art of Dactylology (Sign Language)"

Participate full time directly or indirectly in benefit of the deaf.

Giving time to participate on a Short Term Service Team.

The natural language used by the majority of deaf people is non-audible and does not coincide with the written language systems. The language consist of physical positions of the fingers, face and other visuals of the body in motion known as Dactylology / Sign-Language.
